Cultural Foods
In my community nutrition course, I learned the importance of being culturally competent as a future dietitian. It is important to understand and be accepting of other cultures--especially with differences in health beliefs, nutrition, and health. My group of four created an educational Prezi on the Caribbean Island to learn more about their culture and to help educate others in our class as well. The link to our Prezi is posted below.
