Kitchen Layout and Equipment Project
To better understand an effective flow in food production, I worked with a group of four to redesign a local rehabilitation center to provide optimum efficiency. We visited our location to get the inside scoop on this particular organization's challenges in the kitchen. Most of their challenges were based on their lack space and the lack of optimizing the space they did have. With our insights on food production flow, we were able to redesign their kitchen to optimize their production and allow for appropriate storage room.
