Foodservice Industry Paper: HACCP
Previous to writing this research paper, HACCP seemed like an overwhelming task to implement within a foodservice organization. In order to learn more about its effect on the food production process, I researched the short and long term outcomes of HACCP. My research showed that although time consuming, HACCP will only strengthen a foodservice system because of the protection it provides. I became more knowledgeable why foodservice managers need to enforce proper food safety training in order to protect their employees, their customers, and ultimately their reputations.
